With so many yummy fruits in season I wanted to share my latest favorite smoothie. Here’s what you need:
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 banana
1/2 tablespoon of local honey (optional)
1/2 cup-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 cups of ice
Zap all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
