I had a great time going to Meridian this past weekend. I love seeing all the sweet people of my hometown. I learn something new every time I do a festival. I edit my packing process or make a note about a suggested artist. The best part is being able to interact with people who genuinely love art. I enjoy the honesty of a critic or admirer. Speaking of honesty…putting together enough work for an art festival is A LOT of work…but it’s worth it! It’s like having your own gallery open all day, can’t beat that:).
